Jim Haynes is one of our most experienced Electrical Engineers with over 20 years’ in the trade. Jim joined our team as Electrical Manager in 2017 and he has since worked on all of Fuselek’s major contracts. As a result of his experience, Jim is entrusted to mentor our apprentice electrical engineers. His team of experienced, qualified professionals is key to the success of Fuselek. Jim is passionate about the development and progression of our staff and values everyone who works for us.
He believes that this commitment and dedication enables our team to provide clients with the highest quality service on all projects undertaken whilst ensuring excellence in all that we do. An enthusiastic, self motivated and reliable member of our team, Jim is able to work in the busiest of environments and produce the highest standards of work.
A team leader who has the ability the get the very best out of people while always maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues.
Pete Rich has over 15 years’ experience in specialist contracting. Throughout his career Pete has worked for a number of Major Contracts throughout the UK managing a variety of specialist construction projects within the commercial, education, and retail sectors both new build and refurbishment varying in value from 400k to £1.8m.
Pete’s varied experience and specialism’s enable him to manage the labour force at Fuselek allocating resources on a daily basis including programming of works. He is an energetic, honest and astute site manager his experience in the construction industry provides him with a proven track record in on site management. Full knowledge of Site health and safety, First Aid trained, Punctual, Devoted and committed to getting the job done right! Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to get the best out of others.
Having graduated from Dudley college this year (2018), Fuselek are proud to have Ellis Hall join our administration team. Due to the growth we are currently enjoying this highly sort after position
showcases Ellis’s keen eye for detail as well as her bubbly and friendly personality. Working in Sales Administration is varied and interesting as it means that you have involvement with other
departments, working very closely with the Accounts Department, Sales Department and also our site teams. At times it can be demanding and Ellis is constantly working to deadlines and ensuring
the accuracy of paperwork at all times. When the phone starts to ring, it’s important to multi-task to ensure that calls get answered efficiently to maintain our high standard of customer service, Ellis carry out duties such as database work, helping with Marketing and also more recently she has taken it up herself to make sure all our O&M information is correct and kept up to date. Ellis is looking forward to spending more time out on sites, and is working to become fully health and safety qualified (NEBOSH).
